This once little city is tempting a more sophisticated following. Branson has a $400 million, 95-acre, lakefront sophisticated with a great convention center and high quality shops. The first phase will cost $33 million with three hundred thousand sq. Feet of space available for lease. The city of Branson’s new 42-acre up-to-the-minute sports and recreation sophisticated is a 44,000 square foot center featuring 2 gyms, a fitness center, indoor track, locker rooms, community rooms, game room, and a concession area. It is simple to continue to list the growth of Branson, you get the picture.
